Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
