Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Wren Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
