Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Birch Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
