Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Oak Freight Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
