Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
