Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath West Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 320 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
