Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bridge Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
