Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
