Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Harbor Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
