Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Union Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Atlanta, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
