Senior Dispatcher - customer updates (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Quill Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software.
