Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Union Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Tulsa with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
