Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Clear Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
