Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Orchard Farms Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
