Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Orchard Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
