Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Clear Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
