Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Reno region, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
