Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Westbrook Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
