Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
