Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Highbridge Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
