Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Summit Mill Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Minneapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
