Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Highbridge Hollow Farms is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
