Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bridge Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling loads and lanes on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
