Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Clearpath Hollow Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
