Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Philadelphia with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
