Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Bright Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Reno. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
