Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Westbrook Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
