Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
