Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Partners and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
