Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Highbridge Cross Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
