Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Stonegate Birch Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of San Antonio, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
