Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Juniper Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
