Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Rivermark Wren Freight is a Memphis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of carrier rates. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
