Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
