Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Ironwood Mill Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
