Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Dallas with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
