Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Bright Hollow Farms is an agricultural business based around Knoxville, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
