Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in Las Vegas with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
