Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Lumen Glen Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
