Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quarry Farms Partners and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
