Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Rivermark Wren Freight is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
