Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Keystone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Portland with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
