Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 353 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
