Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
