Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Drift Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
