Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
