Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bridge Freight Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
