Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Harbor Freight Group is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
