Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
