Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
